Social AI Autopilot processes data required to operate content planning, scheduling, publishing, and analytics workflows for connected social accounts.

2. Data We Collect

We may process account profile details, connected channel identifiers, OAuth authorization data, scheduled content, publishing metadata, and audit logs of actions performed in the app.

3. TikTok OAuth and Tokens

When you connect TikTok, we receive OAuth authorization artifacts (such as access token, refresh token, token expiry, and approved scopes) through official TikTok APIs. Tokens are used only to perform authorized actions on your behalf and to maintain the connection.

4. How We Use Data

Data is used to provide core product functions: content workflow execution, account connection management, optional publishing, troubleshooting, and security monitoring. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored data and integration credentials. Access is limited to authorized service components and personnel as needed for operations and support.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and operational integrity. You may request removal of connected accounts and associated tokens. Upon validated deletion request, we remove or anonymize eligible data according to retention requirements.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Connected platforms (including TikTok) operate under their own privacy policies and developer terms. Their handling of data after API calls is governed by their policies.
