1. Service Scope

Social AI Autopilot provides tools to draft, organize, schedule, and manage social media content workflows. Features may include publishing through official platform APIs, campaign planning, content approval, and analytics summaries.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content, media, and instructions submitted through your account. You must ensure your use of this service complies with applicable law, third-party platform policies, intellectual property rights, and your internal governance requirements.

3. Acceptable Use Limits

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations. Automated actions must remain within rate limits and usage boundaries of connected platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Social AI Autopilot a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the service. Generated outputs should be reviewed by you before publication.

5. TikTok Integration Terms

TikTok integration relies on TikTok OAuth and official TikTok APIs. By connecting TikTok, you authorize the app to access only scopes you approve. You must follow TikTok’s Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, and Content Posting requirements. Access may be restricted if your app permissions, account status, or review approvals change.

6. Service Availability and Changes

Features may evolve over time. Integrations can be affected by third-party API updates, policy changes, or outages. We may modify or discontinue features to maintain compliance, security, and service quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social AI Autopilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities, account restrictions by third-party platforms, or publication outcomes.
